Book eames style eiffel chair hire for your next exhibition. This grey polypropylene seat features a chrome steel frame and supports up to 120kg.
Securing the right seating dictates the tone of your corporate gathering. Opting for eames style eiffel chair hire in grey gives your venue a versatile neutral foundation. This specific shade adapts to almost any room palette, allowing event organisers to match diverse branding requirements without clashing colours. Grey seating bridges the gap between stark monochrome and heavy dark tones, giving contemporary receptions a balanced aesthetic. You can pair these chairs with bright corporate banners or muted floral arrangements, knowing the neutral base will support your overall design. Professional buyers appreciate the understated elegance of a grey shell, as it avoids drawing attention away from keynote speakers or exhibition displays.
\n\nMost event furniture originates in the retail sector, where manufacturers intend it to sit quietly in a domestic dining room or office. Retail-grade construction fails under the demands of commercial use, where items face constant loading, stacking at 5am, and dragging across uneven surfaces. This chair belongs to the EventPro® range, which Expo Hire developed specifically for the hire trade. Expo Hire worked directly with manufacturers to specify custom welds, set strict tolerances, and select finishes that survive constant deployment. Broadcasters and institutions including the BBC, ITV, HSBC, Cambridge University, and the Commonwealth Games use EventPro® equipment for their high-profile functions. You get commercial reliability without sacrificing visual appeal.
\n\nThe grey polypropylene seat shell resists scratches and holds its colour after repeated use. A chrome steel rod frame provides structural stability, supporting a rated load of 120kg. Each unit weighs exactly 4.00kg, keeping the physical strain low for your setup crew. The chair measures 460mm wide by 500mm deep and stands 810mm high, offering a compact footprint that maximises capacity in tight exhibition spaces. Rubber feet cap the base of the steel rods, protecting delicate venue floors from marks and scrapes during movement. Venue managers frequently request seating with these protective caps to preserve polished wood or vinyl surfaces.
\n\nExhibitions demand furniture that maintains a corporate standard while enduring heavy footfall. The grey finish hides minor dust and scuffs far better than lighter alternatives, keeping your breakout areas looking fresh throughout a multi-day trade show. Contemporary receptions benefit from the mid-century silhouette, adding architectural interest to empty spaces. You can arrange these chairs around low coffee tables for informal networking zones or line them up in theatre style for keynote presentations. The neutral grey tone works alongside almost any linen hire choice, from crisp white tablecloths to deep navy runners. Independent caterers also favour this shade for pop-up dining areas, as it creates a modern restaurant feel inside temporary structures.
\n\nStacking capability remains a primary concern for any large-scale booking. These chairs stack up to six high, reducing the floor space needed for storage at your venue. This vertical stacking also cuts down on transport volume, keeping delivery logistics manageable. Expo Hire calculates delivery costs by road distance from the nearest of our 11 regional depots, with rates starting from £40 ex-VAT. Next-day delivery reaches most regions, complete with live vehicle tracking. On the morning of your delivery, you receive an SMS with an estimated time of arrival, allowing your team to plan their setup schedule accurately. You can also collect your order directly from our Birmingham headquarters Monday to Friday between 7am and 3pm.
\n\nMatching your seating to the rest of your room requires careful planning. The grey Eiffel chair integrates well with our table hire catalogue, particularly items featuring exposed wood or metallic accents. Industrial-themed venues with exposed brickwork and concrete floors naturally complement the chrome and grey materials. Traditional marquees also benefit from this modern seating, breaking up the classic white canvas with a contemporary edge. You can browse our complete chair hire catalogue to find matching bar stools or alternative seating for different zones within your event. Mixing grey chairs with black or white variants from the same range can also define specific seating areas without losing the cohesive mid-century theme.
\n\nBudgeting for a large corporate function involves managing multiple deposits and hidden fees. Expo Hire removes this friction by requiring no security deposit on your order. You can also utilise a 25% advance deposit option on bookings over £1,000, helping you manage cash flow ahead of the event date. Every order includes a Free Minor Damage Waiver, covering the small scratches and scuffs that inevitably occur during busy commercial functions. No other UK hire company offers this waiver free of charge. This protection gives you peace of mind when deploying hundreds of chairs across a busy exhibition hall.
\n\nAll transactions take place entirely online, removing the need for lengthy phone calls or manual quotes. You can view live stock levels and exact pricing directly on the website. Select your required quantities and input your dates to confirm availability instantly. Prices display live on the product page. Add items to your basket and confirm your dates online.
