Book your double fryer - 5 litre hire for commercial event catering. This twin-tank stainless steel unit features independent 2.8kW heating elements.

Professional event caterers require dependable hot food equipment. Booking a double fryer - 5 litre hire gives your kitchen team two independent cooking tanks. Each side holds five litres of oil and operates via its own 2.8kW heating element. You can cook battered fish in one tank and chips in the other without transferring flavours. During quieter service periods, you have the option to run just a single side to conserve power.
Measuring 405mm x 540mm x 295mm and weighing 9.00kg, this countertop unit fits into tight temporary kitchen spaces. The stainless steel construction withstands heavy use in busy commercial environments. You need two separate standard 13A power sockets to run both tanks at the same time. Expo Hire supplies commercial-grade catering equipment hire to professional organisers across England and Wales. We operate 11 regional depots to support your events, with delivery starting from £40 ex-VAT, calculated by road distance from your nearest depot.
Festival food stall operators use this twin-tank fryer to maintain high output during peak trading hours. Corporate hospitality teams rely on the independent temperature controls to prepare hot appetisers on site. Pop-up restaurant kitchens at trade exhibitions benefit from the compact footprint. You can pair this unit with other kitchen appliances to build a complete temporary cooking station.
Every order includes our free Minor Damage Waiver, covering accidental scratches and minor dents during your hire period. We do not charge a security deposit, freeing up your budget for other event necessities like furniture hire. You can also opt to pay a 25% advance deposit on orders over £1,000 to secure your equipment well ahead of your event date.
Operating the fryer involves filling the tanks with your chosen cooking oil and setting the dial to your required temperature. The indicator lights show your staff exactly when the oil reaches the correct heat level. After your event, you must drain the oil before returning the unit. We collect the equipment directly from your venue, and our live vehicle tracking system sends an SMS ETA on delivery and collection days.
All prices and live stock quantities appear directly on this page. You can arrange your entire order through our website without making a single phone call. Select your dates to check availability and add this unit to your basket.
