Secure your cube bar stool hire online with live pricing and no security deposit. White faux leather seating with chrome legs for commercial events.

Organising a professional exhibition or hospitality area requires seating that balances aesthetics with practical dimensions. Booking your cube bar stool hire online gives you immediate access to commercial-grade furniture without the need for phone calls or quotes. These units feature a crisp, bright finish that suits modern corporate environments, trade show stands, and networking zones. You can pair them with high tables to create informal meeting spaces for delegates and guests.
The fixed 75cm height aligns with standard poseur tables, giving your attendees a comfortable seating position. A compact 40cm by 40cm footprint means you can fit multiple units into restricted floor plans. Exhibition builders and venue managers appreciate this space-saving profile. You can tuck the stools completely under tables during busy periods to clear walkways. The metal base provides stability on flat indoor surfaces, while the bright top adds a clean, contemporary element to your overall design scheme.
Planning a large-scale function involves coordinating multiple suppliers and managing budgets. Expo Hire operates a fully digital ordering system, displaying live stock levels and pricing directly on the site. You avoid the hassle of requesting quotes. Major organisations, including the BBC, ITV, and Cambridge University, use our equipment. Every order includes a free minor damage waiver, protecting you against accidental scratches or scuffs during your event. Competitors charge extra for this cover, but we apply it automatically to your basket.
You can coordinate these seating options with other essential event supplies. A well-stocked bar area needs proper equipment to function properly. Browse our glassware hire section to find matching champagne flutes and highball glasses for your drinks reception. Event teams setting up a temporary kitchen or food service station behind the scenes will find commercial ovens, fridges, and prep tables in our catering equipment hire category.
Managing logistics on the day of your event demands accurate timing. Expo Hire operates 11 regional depots across England and Wales, calculating delivery from £40 ex-VAT based on the road distance from your nearest branch. You receive live vehicle tracking and an SMS arrival time on the morning of your delivery. Expo Hire does not charge a security deposit, keeping your upfront costs low. For orders over £1,000, you can secure your items with a 25% advance payment. Stock levels update in real time. Select your hire dates to check availability and confirm your booking online.

Unless the two person carriage charge has been paid for, deliveries and collections are made by a single driver, who has 15 minutes to deliver or collect your order.
Our drivers are not allowed to take items up or down stairs or into lifts, and all deliveries need to be made within 50 metres of the vehicle. Any delays beyond the standard delivery time caused by access issues or items not being ready will be charged at £120 per hour or part thereof.
If a driver arrives and delivery or collection is impossible then unfortunately a wasted journey charge will apply. You will be sent a live tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time — our drivers do not make phone calls to notify of arrival times.
If access to collecting the hired equipment is denied, blocked, or impassable, a wasted collection journey will be automatically charged. Any parking tickets issued to vehicles whilst executing a delivery or collection will be charged for whilst we appeal.
