Hire poseur tables for drinks receptions, networking events and exhibitions. 960mm bar-height, 600mm top. Sunday delivery, no deposit. Live stock.

A black poseur table standing 960mm tall with a 600mm diameter ABS plastic top. The standard bar-height table for drinks receptions, networking events, and outdoor events where guests stand with a surface to rest drinks on. The chrome base with black plastic top suits both formal corporate settings and contemporary venues. Weighs 20kg — stable on flat flooring without anchoring.
Available in white and metallic silver. Also available with LED colour-changing top — see the LED poseur table.
For a standing reception, allow one poseur table per 6 to 8 guests. For a reception of 80 guests, 10 to 12 poseur tables creates enough surface area without crowding the room. For a networking event, fewer is often better — 8 tables for 80 guests forces more movement and conversation rather than everyone anchoring to the nearest table.
Pair poseur tables with bar stools at a ratio of 3 to 4 stools per table for events where some guests will want to sit.
Poseur tables require no assembly — arrive fully assembled and ready to position. Delivery is by trolley to the venue entrance. Collection happens after the event. Sunday delivery is included at no extra charge from all Expo Hire depots across England and Wales.
See the Table Hire Guide for table size selection, covers per table, and layout planning by event type.
See the Mobile Bar Hire Guide for bar setup and equipment selection guidance.

Unless the two person carriage charge has been paid for, deliveries and collections are made by a single driver, who has 15 minutes to deliver or collect your order.
Our drivers are not allowed to take items up or down stairs or use any lift without prior approval, and all deliveries need to be made within 50 metres of the vehicle. Any delays beyond the standard delivery time caused by access issues or items not being ready will be charged at £120 per hour or part thereof.
If a driver arrives and delivery or collection is impossible then unfortunately a wasted journey charge will apply. You will be sent a live tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time — our drivers do not make phone calls to notify of arrival times.
If access to collecting the hired equipment is denied, blocked, or impassable, a wasted collection journey will be automatically charged. Any parking tickets issued to vehicles whilst executing a delivery or collection will be charged for whilst we appeal.
