Product Description
The commercial chamber vacuum sealer evacuates air from the 440 × 420 × 65mm chamber and heat-seals the bag with two 390mm welding bars before releasing the lid. At 20m³/h pump capacity it cycles quickly, handling flat vacuum bags for sous vide preparation, extended refrigerated storage and portioned meal prep. Digital controls let you set and repeat the same vacuum and seal parameters for consistent results across a batch. The transparent lid lets you monitor the process.

Setup and use
Plug into a 230V / 13A socket. Place a flat vacuum bag in the chamber with the open end resting on the welding bars. Close the lid and start the cycle — the pump evacuates the chamber, the bars heat-seal the bag, and the lid releases automatically. The unit weighs 76kg; plan for two people and a suitable trolley when positioning it. Vacuum bags are not included.
