The 20-litre planetary mixer suits event caterers, pop-up bakeries and production kitchens needing a reliable countertop machine for dough, cream, egg mixtures and batters. Three speed settings run at 104, 187 and 365 rpm; the planetary action rotates the attachment through the full bowl without stopping. Dough capacity is 6kg with a maximum flour load of 4kg — not suited to large bread dough batches, but handles pizza dough, pastry, cream and cake batter well. The stainless steel bowl lifts out for loading and cleaning, and non-slip feet hold the unit steady on any work surface.

Plug into a standard 230V / 13A socket. Fit the appropriate attachment before switching on — dough hook for dough and heavy mixtures, flat beater for pastry and cake, wire whisk for cream and eggs. A magnetic safety switch cuts power if the bowl guard is lifted mid-run. The unit weighs 102kg; plan for two people and a suitable trolley when positioning it. Food and ingredients are not included.
