Book your stainless steel gastronorm pan - 1/2 half size - 100mm deep hire online today. Commercial grade 325mm x 265mm pans for hot food service. No deposit.

Professional kitchens require exact portion control and temperature management during busy service periods. Booking a stainless steel gastronorm pan - 1/2 half size - 100mm deep hire gives your catering team the right equipment for holding sauces, gravies, and wet dishes. Measuring 325mm x 265mm x 100mm, this commercial-grade pan holds substantial volumes of hot or cold food. Event organisers and independent caterers rely on these units for buffet lines, pop-up kitchens, and large-scale banquets.
Catering teams pair these 1/2 size pans with standard chafing dishes and bain-maries. Two of these units fit side by side into a full-size GN 1/1 opening, giving chefs flexibility in menu presentation. The 100mm depth holds 6.2 litres of food, making it suitable for high-volume service where frequent refilling disrupts the flow of guests. You can move these pans directly from preparation areas to hot holding stations. The 0.57kg weight keeps the unit manageable even when full of dense ingredients like mashed potatoes or rich stews.
Kitchen managers build modular service stations by combining different pan sizes. You can slot this 1/2 size unit next to smaller 1/4 or 1/6 pans to separate dietary requirements or allergen-free options. The stainless steel construction conducts heat well, keeping food at safe serving temperatures throughout long corporate functions or wedding breakfasts. After service, staff stack the empty pans to save space in tight temporary kitchens.
Event professionals place these pans into chafing frames on top of our sturdy trestle tables during temporary dining setups. You can browse our table hire section to find suitable surfaces for your food displays. The 325mm x 265mm footprint takes up minimal space, allowing you to present multiple dishes side by side. Independent caterers appreciate the uniform look these pans bring to corporate hospitality suites and VIP enclosures. Expo Hire supplies professional catering equipment hire to venues, festival operators, and corporate event teams.
