0.5-litre stainless steel vacuum flask that keeps beverages hot for 6+ hours. Suits tea and coffee stations at corporate events, conferences and exhibitions.

Keep hot beverages at serving temperature throughout your event with our vacuum flask - for tea and coffee hire. This catering essential weighs just 0.50kg and features a durable stainless steel body alongside a cool-touch polycarbonate handle. Event organisers rely on this insulated dispenser to serve delegates in meeting rooms, exhibition halls, and outdoor spaces lacking direct power access.
Staff transport these lightweight flasks between breakout areas and main conference floors without hassle. The double-walled insulation traps heat inside the vessel, while the outer shell remains safe to touch. Guests pour their own drinks using the thumb-operated lever, reducing spills and keeping self-service stations tidy. Every order includes our free Minor Damage Waiver, covering accidental scratches or dents during your hire period. We also operate without requiring a security deposit, freeing up your budget for other event necessities.
Corporate planners deploy these insulated servers across multiple meeting rooms to keep attendees refreshed during long strategy sessions. Festival operators place them in crew catering tents to supply hot drinks during early morning shifts. Organising a large-scale banquet requires careful planning; positioning these flasks on individual tables allows guests to refill their cups without waiting for waiting staff. Pair these dispensers with our catering equipment hire to build a complete beverage station.
Setting up a temporary cafe or refreshment stand requires dependable equipment. You can arrange these flasks alongside our table hire options to create dedicated coffee break zones. The 0.50kg empty weight means your team can clear away and restock stations rapidly. Because we run a dry hire service, the equipment arrives clean, tested, and ready for immediate use. After your event concludes, you pack the items away for collection.
Expo Hire operates 11 regional depots across England and Wales, calculating delivery from £40 based on the road distance to your venue. On the day of your delivery, you receive an SMS ETA and access to live vehicle tracking. This system removes the guesswork from your schedule, letting your team focus on venue preparation. All stock levels and prices display live on our website. Select your dates and confirm your order online without needing to make a phone call.

Unless the two person carriage charge has been paid for, deliveries and collections are made by a single driver, who has 15 minutes to deliver or collect your order.
Our drivers are not allowed to take items up or down stairs or into lifts, and all deliveries need to be made within 50 metres of the vehicle. Any delays beyond the standard delivery time caused by access issues or items not being ready will be charged at £120 per hour or part thereof.
If a driver arrives and delivery or collection is impossible then unfortunately a wasted journey charge will apply. You will be sent a live tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time — our drivers do not make phone calls to notify of arrival times.
If access to collecting the hired equipment is denied, blocked, or impassable, a wasted collection journey will be automatically charged. Any parking tickets issued to vehicles whilst executing a delivery or collection will be charged for whilst we appeal.
