Hire a 20-litre commercial LPG deep fat fryer for outdoor events and festivals. No mains electric needed. Sunday delivery, no deposit. Live stock.

A 20-litre commercial LPG deep fat fryer for outdoor events and temporary kitchens. Runs on bottled propane gas — no mains electricity required, which makes it the standard choice for festival catering pitches, outdoor corporate events, agricultural shows, and any site without an adequate electrical supply for commercial fryers. The stainless steel frame sits on lockable castors and includes an integrated drainage valve for safe oil disposal at the end of service.
The fryer runs on LPG propane gas. A 13kg cylinder typically delivers 4 to 6 hours of continuous frying at working temperature. For a full-day festival pitch, plan two cylinders minimum. Expo Hire can supply gas bottles with your order — select the option when booking.
Place on a stable flat surface. Connect the gas line, fill the tank with oil to the marked level, and allow 15 to 20 minutes to reach working temperature (175–190°C depending on the product). The drainage valve at the base allows used oil to be discharged into a container for responsible disposal — do not pour used oil down a drain on any venue.
Oil is not supplied with hire — caterers source their own commercial frying oil. A standard 20-litre batch uses approximately 15 litres of oil. Groundnut, rapeseed, and commercial blend fryer oils are all suitable.
Pair with a 6-ring LPG gas oven for a complete outdoor cooking station, or with the commercial BBQ griddle for a mixed grill and fried food service point. Add a stainless steel prep table alongside for workspace and a food warming unit to hold cooked portions during service rushes.
