Book wooden legged eames style chair - orange hire for your next corporate event. This 3kg commercial-grade seat features solid beech legs.
Booking a wooden legged eames style chair - orange hire brings a bold aesthetic to professional settings. This seating option pairs a bright orange polypropylene shell with solid beech wood legs. Event organisers select this model to inject colour into corporate spaces without compromising on commercial durability. The chair weighs exactly 3.00kg, allowing event staff to position hundreds of units across a venue floor with minimal fatigue. Measuring 530mm in width, 465mm in depth, and 835mm in height, the profile fits neatly around standard dining or meeting tables. You get a striking visual impact alongside practical dimensions. The moulded seat shell follows the natural curve of the human body, providing comfort during long conferences or extended dining sessions. Professional buyers appreciate the combination of mid-century modern styling and modern manufacturing techniques.
\n\nMost event furniture originates in the retail sector. Retail chairs look attractive in a showroom, ship once to a domestic address, and live a quiet life in a home office. Hire furniture faces a completely different reality. Event staff load and unload seating hundreds of times a year, stack items in vans at 5am, drag equipment across gravel paths, and return stock covered in mud. Retail-grade construction fails under those conditions. Expo Hire worked directly with manufacturers to create the EventPro® range. We set our own tolerances, specified the welds, and chose the exact finishes. This specific chair withstands commercial hire demands. The solid beech legs feature reinforced metal cross-bracing, distributing weight evenly and preventing the leg splay common in cheaper alternatives. Named clients including the BBC, ITV, HSBC, Cambridge University, and the Commonwealth Games rely on EventPro® equipment for their high-profile gatherings. You can trust this seating to perform under pressure.
\n\nOrange seating makes a deliberate statement. Creative agencies, tech startups, and marketing firms frequently select this colour to match their brand identity during product launches or networking sessions. The bright hue breaks up the monotony of standard corporate grey or black. Festival operators use these chairs in VIP hospitality tents to create a playful, energetic atmosphere. Autumnal-themed events also benefit from the warm tones of the orange shell and the natural beech wood legs. You can position these chairs in breakout areas at conferences to encourage informal discussions among delegates. The solid wood legs provide a softer, more organic feel compared to standard metal-framed conference seating. Hospitality managers place these chairs in temporary cafes and pop-up restaurants to attract footfall. The striking colour acts as a visual magnet in busy environments.
\n\nExhibition builders incorporate this seating into custom stand designs. A bright orange chair draws the eye across a crowded exhibition hall, attracting attendees to your booth. You can pair this model with various table hire options to complete your setup. Round white cafe tables contrast sharply with the orange shell, creating a modern mid-century aesthetic. For larger dining arrangements, these chairs sit comfortably alongside rectangular trestle tables. Event planners often mix and match colours within the same chair family to create distinct zones within a single large venue. The polypropylene material wipes clean after use, making it suitable for catering zones and pop-up cafes where spills happen frequently. You can maintain a hygienic environment throughout a multi-day event with a basic wipe-down.
\n\nCorporate event teams use this seating to differentiate specific areas within a larger venue. You might designate a networking lounge with orange chairs while keeping the main auditorium seating neutral. This visual cue helps attendees navigate the space naturally. Coordinating your overall furniture hire requirements requires attention to bold accent pieces. A sea of identical black chairs often feels institutional, whereas introducing a block of orange seating adds character to the room. Independent caterers favour this model for informal dining setups, such as street food festivals or indoor food markets. The lack of fabric upholstery means food stains never become a permanent issue. The chairs return to their original state ready for the next booking.
\n\nVenue managers and logistics teams require equipment that behaves predictably during setup. The 465mm depth allows for tight packing in storage areas and transport vehicles. Event staff can stack these chairs securely, maximising the capacity of delivery vans and reducing the number of trips required from the loading bay to the event floor. Rubber feet protect delicate venue surfaces from scratches. Polished wooden floors, vinyl exhibition carpets, and hotel ballroom tiles remain unmarked during the event. The 3.00kg weight means a single crew member can carry two chairs at a time, halving the setup duration for large theatre-style arrangements. The lack of complex moving parts reduces the risk of mechanical failure during a crucial event build. You can deploy hundreds of these chairs in a matter of hours.
\n\nBooking your chair hire through Expo Hire removes several common logistical headaches. We operate 11 regional depots, supplying professional event organisers across the country. You never have to pay a security deposit on your order. Competitors often tie up your budget with refundable deposits, but we prefer a straightforward transaction. Large event bookings over £1,000 qualify for a 25% advance deposit option, helping you manage cash flow during the planning stages. Every order includes a Free Minor Damage Waiver. No other UK hire company offers this protection as standard. You avoid unexpected bills for minor scratches or scuffs that naturally occur during busy commercial events. We understand that commercial hire involves wear and tear, and our waiver covers those inevitable minor marks.
\n\nDelivery starts from £40 ex-VAT, calculated by road distance from the nearest depot to your venue. On the day of your event, you receive live vehicle tracking and an SMS ETA. You can track the delivery van in real time using your order number and postcode. This transparency allows your site managers to allocate staff for unloading exactly when the vehicle arrives. We operate as the UK's first fully online event hire company. You never need to make a phone call to secure your equipment. All prices and live stock levels display directly on the website. Select your required quantities, choose your dates, and add the items to your basket to confirm your booking online today.
