You guide attendees toward registration desks or keep them away from restricted zones. The 8.00kg weighted base provides stability on flat surfaces, preventing accidental tipping during busy periods. Measuring 310mm x 310mm x 900mm overall, with a length of 0.3100 and width of 0.3100 metres at the base, each post features a reflective metallic finish, adding a formal touch to red carpet entrances and VIP enclosures.
Event organisers deploy these posts at prestigious awards ceremonies, trade exhibitions, and corporate gatherings. A four-way attachment ring sits at the top of each unit. You connect multiple posts using event ropes to form continuous lines, squares, or custom shapes. The Stainless Steel construction withstands heavy use at large-scale conferences. Venue managers also utilise them to cordon off sensitive exhibits or back-of-house areas, maintaining privacy without blocking sightlines.

Unless the two person carriage charge has been paid for, deliveries and collections are made by a single driver, who has 15 minutes to deliver or collect your order.
Our drivers are not allowed to take items up or down stairs or into lifts, and all deliveries need to be made within 50 metres of the vehicle. Any delays beyond the standard delivery time caused by access issues or items not being ready will be charged at £120 per hour or part thereof.
If a driver arrives and delivery or collection is impossible then unfortunately a wasted journey charge will apply. You will be sent a live tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time — our drivers do not make phone calls to notify of arrival times.
If access to collecting the hired equipment is denied, blocked, or impassable, a wasted collection journey will be automatically charged. Any parking tickets issued to vehicles whilst executing a delivery or collection will be charged for whilst we appeal.
