Secure wooden legged eames style chair hire for your next event. This red 3.00kg seat stacks six high and features commercial-grade durability.
Bold colour makes a definitive statement at corporate functions and festive gatherings. Booking your wooden legged eames style chair hire secures a high-impact seating option for your venue. The striking red polypropylene shell contrasts sharply against natural beech wood supports. This combination draws the eye immediately. Event organisers select this specific shade to match corporate branding or to inject energy into a neutral space. Each unit measures 530mm x 465mm x 835mm, weighs exactly 3.00kg, and hires at £14.00 ex-VAT. The lightweight construction helps your setup crew move furniture rapidly across large exhibition halls. The bright hue stands out in promotional photographs and video footage, adding a layer of visual interest to your marketing materials. You can rely on the UV-stabilised material to maintain its bright finish even during outdoor summer festivals or brightly lit studio shoots.
\n\nRetail furniture often fails under the intense demands of the commercial events industry. Standard chairs look attractive in showrooms but crack after multiple trips in delivery vans. This red seat belongs to the EventPro® range. Expo Hire developed this line specifically for the hire trade. We worked directly with manufacturers to set strict tolerances and specify reinforced fixings. The resulting furniture withstands constant loading, stacking at 5am, and dragging across uneven surfaces. High-profile clients including the BBC, ITV, HSBC, and Cambridge University trust this exact specification for their demanding production schedules. You receive commercial-grade equipment that performs under pressure.
\n\nFestive installations require bold visual elements to create the right atmosphere. The bright red shell fits naturally into Christmas grottos, corporate holiday dinners, and winter wonderland themes. You can arrange these seats around rustic wooden tables to create a warm, inviting dining area for your guests. Theatrical productions also benefit from this striking colour profile. Set designers use the red chairs as functional props on stage or as distinctive seating in VIP green rooms. The solid beech legs provide stability on temporary staging platforms. Your cast and crew get comfortable, secure seating during long rehearsal periods.
\n\nMarketing agencies frequently require specific colour palettes for product launches and pop-up shops. The vivid red tone matches many major brand identities. Placing these chairs in a retail activation space immediately reinforces your brand colours. Visitors notice the striking design as they approach your promotional stand. The polypropylene material wipes clean instantly, allowing your staff to maintain a pristine appearance throughout a busy promotional weekend. You can pair these units with table hire to create consultation areas for your sales team. The modern aesthetic appeals to younger demographics at fashion events and technology exhibitions.
\n\nCasino nights, circus-themed galas, and retro 1950s events demand furniture that contributes to the overall aesthetic. The red Eames-style design bridges the gap between mid-century modern and contemporary pop art. Event planners position these chairs around gaming tables or cocktail lounges to reinforce the visual theme. The 120kg weight capacity accommodates guests of all sizes safely. Rubber feet attached to the base of the beech legs protect delicate venue floors from scratches. You can deploy hundreds of these chairs across a polished ballroom floor without risking damage to the surface. The ergonomic curve of the plastic shell provides lumbar support during long sit-down dinners or extended award ceremonies. Your attendees remain comfortable throughout the evening's entertainment.
\n\nManaging space at busy venues requires careful logistical planning. These red chairs stack up to six units high. Your setup team can store dozens of seats in a compact footprint before the doors open. This stacking capability reduces the number of trips required from the loading bay to the main hall. Expo Hire operates 11 regional depots to supply events nationwide. Our delivery fleet brings your order directly to your venue. You receive live vehicle tracking and an SMS ETA on the morning of your delivery. This real-time information helps your site manager coordinate staff for unloading. The driver unloads the equipment at your designated drop-off point, leaving your team to arrange the layout according to your floor plan. Dry hire means you handle the setup, giving you complete control over the final presentation.
\n\nAccidents happen during fast-paced event breakdowns. Scratches to the plastic shell or scuffs on the wooden legs occur frequently in high-traffic environments. Every order includes a Free Minor Damage Waiver. No other UK hire company provides this level of protection as standard. You avoid unexpected bills for superficial wear and tear. Furthermore, Expo Hire requires no security deposit for your booking. Competitors often tie up hundreds of pounds in refundable deposits for weeks after your event concludes. You keep your cash flow available for other critical event expenses. For large corporate bookings over £1,000, you can secure your inventory with a 25% advance payment.
\n\nCreating a cohesive layout involves matching your seating with appropriate surfaces and accessories. You can combine the red chairs with crisp white linen hire to make the colours pop even more. The contrast works exceptionally well for Valentine's Day banquets and charity gala dinners. Securing your wooden legged eames style chair hire alongside matching tables simplifies your procurement process. You deal with a single supplier for all your core furniture hire requirements. The UK's first fully online event hire company processes your entire order through a secure digital platform. You never need to make a phone call to confirm your reservation.
