- Same-week delivery is available on most items. For large orders we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to guarantee availability.
- Is there a minimum order value?
- Yes. Our minimum order is £75 + delivery. There is no upper limit and no deposit required on any order.
- Do you deliver on weekends?
- Yes, including Sundays. We are the only national event hire company that delivers and collects on Sundays.
- Do you set up the furniture?
- We deliver to the venue and offload to a designated area. Setup is the customer's responsibility unless a separate setup service is arranged.
- What happens if something gets broken?
- Every order includes our Free Minor Damage Waiver, which covers normal wear and accidental breakages up to a defined threshold. There is no security deposit on any order.
- How are prices calculated?
- Prices are per hire period (usually one to three days). Delivery costs are calculated based on postcode and order volume. All prices are shown including delivery when you enter your postcode at checkout.
