Order 10–15% more than your guest count to cover breakages and spare glasses during service. For standing receptions where guests carry glasses between areas, allow a little extra. Our product pages show live stock levels so you can confirm availability before booking. There is no need to call — prices and stock are visible online.
We deliver to all London boroughs and understand the access restrictions, loading bay windows, and tight schedules common at London venues. Glassware arrives packed in crates, clean and inspected. After the event, pack them back into the crates and we collect — no washing required. Our Send It Back Dirty service covers all glassware, crockery, and cutlery returns.

The minimum order value is £1000 ex-VAT excluding carriage. This applies to all delivery areas including London.
