We stock a range of furniture options suitable for indoor and outdoor use. This includes banqueting tables, available as 6ft round, 5ft round, or 6ft trestle sizes, alongside a selection of chairs such as Chiavari, Cross Back, and plastic folding styles. Our inventory also covers outdoor furniture ranges like rattan sofa sets, individual garden chairs, and picnic benches. To complete event spaces, we provide portable bars, various styles of dance floor, and barrier systems for crowd management or queuing areas.
Equipping temporary kitchens and service points is straightforward with our catering hire range. We offer commercial ovens, induction hobs, and microwave units for cooking. Refrigeration includes upright fridges, bottle fridges, and chest freezers. Hot holding equipment, beverage dispensers, and heated chafing dishes maintain food quality. Hire periods start from a single day. Our standard 3-day hire period accommodates most single-day events, allowing ample time for both delivery and collection. Longer hire durations automatically receive discounted rates, calculated when specific dates are entered online. Orders are placed directly through the website; simply add required items to the basket, select your event dates, and proceed to checkout.
Expo Hire does not charge a security deposit. A free minor damage waiver covers minor damage and loss. Excessive or negligent damage is charged at 10 times the hire price. Full details in our terms and conditions.
