Expo Hire supplies furniture, tableware and catering equipment for Jewish events across England and Wales. Families, venues and caterers use our hire stock for weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, community dinners and charity events.
You can check live stock and pricing online before you book. That helps planners lock in the quantities they need for the meal, the service areas and the guest seating plan.
Round banqueting tables suit large family meals and formal receptions. Trestle tables suit buffet service, gift areas and check-in points. We also hire Chiavari chairs, banqueting chairs and stools, so you can match the furniture to the venue and the style of the event.
Add linen when you want a finished dining room, then hire extra tables for cake display, registration, drinks stations and service staff.
Large celebrations need consistent tableware across every guest table. Hire crockery, cutlery, glassware and serving items in the same order as the furniture. That keeps the look consistent and cuts down supplier handovers.
Expo Hire includes Send It Back Dirty on glassware, crockery and cutlery. Your team clears the tables and packs the items back into the crates, then we wash them at the depot.
Kosher caterers build temporary kitchens in hotels, halls and marquees when the venue kitchen does not have enough capacity. Hire ovens, hot cupboards, fridges, freezers, prep tables and sinks to support cooking, holding and service.
You can also add bar equipment, coffee service items and mobile bars if the event needs separate drinks points. Your team runs the service, we supply the equipment.
If your event uses a marquee, Expo Hire supplies the tables, chairs, kitchen equipment and front-of-house stock that go inside it. We do not supply marquee structures. For covered outdoor areas, hire one of our gazebos.
We deliver from 11 depots across England and Wales. You can track the vehicle on delivery day with our GPS system. We do not ask for a security deposit, and we have no minimum spend.
