\nYou can hire extra tables for a parish lunch, seating for a hall fundraiser or glassware and crockery for a ticketed dinner. We show live stock and live pricing online, so committees and venue teams can cost the event before they book.
\nRound banqueting tables suit dinners and award nights. Rectangular tables suit buffets, registration desks and sales stalls. Choose Chiavari chairs for formal dinners or folding chairs for meetings and polling stations.
\nTea mornings, lunches and evening receptions need urns, beverage equipment, bar units, tableware and glassware. If your team cooks on site, you can add warming equipment and serving pieces. Our Send It Back Dirty service covers tableware and glassware, so volunteers can pack crates instead of washing up at the hall.
\nSummer fetes, church grounds events and hall barbecues often need gazebos, patio heaters or outdoor furniture. Election teams and health charities also use our stock for polling stations and donor sessions.
\nWe run 11 depots across England and Wales. Our system calculates delivery by road distance from your nearest depot, with charges from £40 ex VAT. On delivery day, we send an SMS ETA and a GPS tracking link.
\nWe do not ask for a security deposit and we do not set a minimum spend. Orders above £500 can use a 25% advance payment option. You can also collect from Birmingham, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.
