Venues and events we supply

Expo Hire regularly supplies equipment to exhibitors at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham, ExCeL London in the Royal Docks, and Manchester Central. These venues host large-scale trade shows across sectors including manufacturing, food and drink, retail and technology. Exhibitors at these shows typically need furniture for their stand, a glass showcase for products, and sometimes barriers to control visitor flow.

Product launches at standalone venues benefit from a different mix: display cases for the product itself, lounge furniture for media and buyer meetings, and barriers to dress the entrance or create a branded arrival experience. Literature stands and sign holders support the information points on the stand.

Conference exhibitions, where a trade floor sits alongside a conference programme, often need a mix of compact furniture for standing conversations and seated breakout areas. Poseur tables and bar stools suit the standing element; tub chairs and a small table work for brief meetings.

Ordering and delivery

Expo Hire delivers exhibition hire to venues across England and Wales. For shows at major venues, allow at least two to three weeks for ordering to guarantee stock availability during busy show seasons. Most exhibition venues have specific delivery windows during the stand build period. Confirm these with your venue or show organiser before finalising your order, as equipment delivered during show open hours will not be accepted at most venues.

No security deposit

Expo Hire does not charge a security deposit. A free minor damage waiver covers minor damage and loss. Excessive or negligent damage is charged at 10 times the hire price. Full details in our terms and conditions.

Exhibition venue delivery

Expo Hire charges a fixed fee to many major exhibition centres across the UK, covering timed delivery and collection direct to your hall and stand number. Check whether your venue qualifies on the carriage calculator. For most qualifying venues the fixed charge is £100 with a minimum order of £500.

Advance deposit

For orders over £500, you can confirm a booking with a 25% deposit and pay the balance up to 28 days before delivery. The checkout offers this automatically. Full details in our terms and conditions.
