We work with caterers, event managers, venues without their own crockery stock, and private clients running large dinners. Orders range from 20 covers to 500 or more. If you know your guest count, we can quote from that number. If the count is not yet fixed, we can hold stock subject to availability.

We supply crockery for wedding breakfasts, evening receptions and outdoor ceremonies. Send us your event date, the number of covers and which pieces you need. We confirm availability and send a quote. Once you approve, we raise an invoice and confirm delivery details.
We deliver to your venue or collection point before your event and collect afterwards. You can specify a delivery window if access to the site is restricted. For multi-day events, discuss the collection date when you book.
We operate a standard damage policy. Occasional breakages at catered events are expected. We charge for items that come back damaged or missing beyond what normal use accounts for. We go through this with you at the time of booking so there are no surprises. If something breaks during your event, set the pieces aside and note what happened, but do not discard them.
Return the crockery dirty. You do not need to wash or rinse items before packing them for collection. We wash everything on return as a matter of course. Pack plates and bowls with care in the trays we supply to avoid damage in transit.
We deliver to addresses across England and Wales. Collection works the same way. Scotland and Northern Ireland are outside our delivery area. If you are close to the border and want to discuss options, call us.
Delivery charges depend on order size and distance. We quote delivery at the same time as the crockery. For large orders, we can arrange tail-lift vehicles if the venue requires them.
