Expo Hire dispatches chairs for events, weddings, and exhibitions. You get banqueting, folding, Chiavari, and conference chairs. Thousands available...
Organising any event requires careful consideration of guest comfort and venue layout. You select chairs that not only fit the aesthetic but also withstand the event's duration and usage. For a formal banquet, you need cushioned seating. For a large conference, lightweight, stackable options are practical. Exhibition stands require chairs that are simple to move and set up. Finding a reliable supplier with many chair styles and enough chairs for large gatherings presents a common challenge.
Chairs exist for many event types. Banqueting chairs, such as the Chiavari or Cheltenham ranges, provide comfort during long events. They feature padded seats and a robust frame. Chiavari chairs come in multiple finishes, including limewash, natural wood, and gold. You see them at weddings and gala dinners. They stack up to 8 high for storage after events. Each Chiavari chair weighs around 4.5kg; venue staff find them easy to handle.
For conferences and seminars, stacking chairs work well. These chairs feature fabric-padded seats and backs on a steel frame. You can link them together to create neat rows. They stack up to 10 high. Each stacking chair has a seat height of 45cm and a footprint of 44cm by 48cm. You choose plastic conference chairs. These are lighter and simple to wipe clean. They stack 25 high on a single trolley. Their design supports events with many chairs and fast setup.
Folding chairs suit outdoor events or venues with limited storage. Our plastic folding chairs fold flat for transport and storage. They stack up to 50 units on a specialist trolley, which measures 1.8 metres in length. These chairs are water resistant. They work well in marquees or temporary structures where weather conditions might vary. Padded folding chairs provide comfort and remain portable for indoor seminars or workshops.
