What is the hire period?

Standard hire runs from the delivery day to the collection day — most orders are 3 days. Longer periods are available; prices scale accordingly. You choose your dates when you book online.

Do I need to clean the chairs before collection?

No. Return them as they are. We clean and inspect all hire stock at the depot between bookings.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum spend. You can hire a single chair or several hundred. Delivery is calculated by distance from your nearest depot, starting from £40 ex-VAT.

Do you supply chair covers or sashes?

We do not hire chair covers. For Chiavari chairs, the chair itself is the visual finish — covers are not typically used on this style.

Can I collect rather than have chairs delivered?

Yes. You can collect from our Birmingham warehouse Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm. Select collection at checkout to remove the delivery charge.
