Expo Hire supplies outdoor event hire for organisers, caterers, venues and brand teams across England and Wales. You can hire furniture, catering equipment and tableware in one order. Our website shows live stock and live prices. We run dry hire, so we deliver the equipment, you set it out, and we collect it after the event. We charge no security deposit and no minimum spend.

Plan access before you book

Outdoor sites put pressure on timing and access. Check the route for our truck, the distance from the unload point, and the surface under the load. Tarmac and concrete carry weight well. Grass needs more care after rain. If your site uses a field gate, service road or loading bay, add those details to your order notes so your team and our driver use the same route.

Marquees, gardens and public parks also need a clear layout before delivery day. Set the dining area, bar and catering space on paper first. That step helps you choose the right quantities and keeps the unload quick.

Choose furniture that fits the site

Outdoor dining needs strong chairs and tables that move fast in and out of place. Our 6ft round banqueting tables seat ten guests for dinner service. Long runs of 18ft rectangular tables suit shared dining in marquees and festival tents. If your guests move between food and drinks, add outdoor furniture so people have places to sit away from the main dining line.

You can match the chair style to the setting. Chiavari chairs suit formal dining. The Cross Back chair in oak suits barns, gardens and country venues.

Cover weather and service areas

Guests need shelter when the weather turns. Our gazebos create cover for check-in desks, food service and staff bases. If the event runs into the evening, add patio heaters for courtyards and open-sided structures.

Build a field kitchen that can cope

Remote sites often need more than furniture. Caterers use our BBQs for high-volume service, plus warming equipment to hold food at service temperature. If you need cold storage, hire fridges and freezers and check your power plan before delivery day.

Your team also needs a clean service flow. Set prep, cook and pass areas in order, then place sinks, waste points and cable routes around that plan. That cuts delays during service.

Tableware and bar hire

We supply plates and cutlery for meal service. We also supply glassware and bar furniture if you need a drinks point away from the dining area. We include Send It Back Dirty with crockery, cutlery and glassware, so your crew can pack items back into the crates and move on to clear-down.

Delivery and booking

We operate 11 depots and deliver across England and Wales. Delivery starts from £40 ex VAT, based on road distance from the nearest depot. On delivery day, we send an SMS ETA and a GPS tracking link so your site team can meet the driver at the right gate. You can also collect from our Birmingham warehouse, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.

You can check live stock on the site, place the order online and book the dates that suit your event. Orders above £500 can use a 25% advance payment option.
