What is included in a mobile bar hire?

Our mobile bar hire is a dry hire service. This means we supply the physical bar counters, back bars, and any refrigeration or bar equipment you add to your order.

Do you provide bar staff or alcohol?

We do not supply bar staff, drinks, or alcohol licences. You are responsible for staffing the bar and sourcing all beverages for your event.

How much space do I need behind the bar for staff?

Leave at least 1.5 metres of clear space behind the bar counter. This allows room for your staff to work and for equipment like undercounter fridges.

Can I hire glassware and fridges with my mobile bar?

Yes, you can add glassware, bottle fridges, and other bar equipment to your order. We recommend hiring all items together for a single, coordinated delivery.

When will my mobile bar be delivered and collected?

We deliver your equipment on your selected hire start date. You can track the delivery vehicle on the day using our GPS system for a more precise arrival time.

Dry hire bars that fit your venue

Pick a straight bar for a small reception, an L-shape for a corner, or a larger run for busy service. We stock front bars, back bars and matching units that help your team keep bottles, tills and ice in reach.

Fridges, glassware and bar equipment

Most bar setups need more than a counter. You can add bottle fridges, undercounter fridges, ice buckets, speed rails and other bar equipment. We also hire glassware for beer, wine, champagne and cocktails.

Hire the support items in the same order so your team unloads one delivery and starts building the bar at once. If caterers share the space, add catering equipment for prep, wash-up and service.

For indoor events, marquees and outdoor sites

Expo Hire supplies the furniture and equipment that go inside the venue. If your event uses a marquee, we hire the bar counters, tables, chairs and catering kit for the space inside it. We do not supply marquee structures.

If you need covered outdoor space for a bar queue or service point, hire one of our gazebos. Add patio heaters when the temperature drops.

Delivery and booking

We deliver across England and Wales from 11 depots. You can track the vehicle on delivery day with our GPS system, and you do not pay a security deposit. We also have no minimum spend, so you can hire one bar or a full event setup.
