How long do the batteries last?

LED furniture batteries provide approximately 8–10 hours of continuous use at full brightness on a single charge. Items arrive pre-charged. For events running beyond 8 hours, contact Expo Hire about battery management options.

Can all LED units be controlled by one remote?

Yes. All LED furniture in the same hire operates on the same wireless frequency and is controlled by one remote, allowing simultaneous colour changes across all units.

Is LED furniture suitable for outdoor use?

LED furniture is primarily designed for indoor use. Some items can be used outdoors in dry, calm conditions — confirm suitability with Expo Hire before the event if outdoor use is planned.

No security deposit

Expo Hire does not charge a security deposit. A free minor damage waiver covers minor damage and loss. Excessive or negligent damage is charged at 10 times the hire price. Full details in our terms and conditions.

Delivery and collection

Advance deposit

For orders over £1,000, you can confirm a booking with a 25% deposit and pay the balance up to 28 days before delivery. The checkout offers this automatically. Full details in our terms and conditions.
