Corporate Event Hire
Corporate events cover a wide range of formats, from a 20-person board dinner to a 500-person product launch. We supply furniture, catering equipment, linen, and glassware for corporate clients across the UK, with delivery to offices, hotels, conference centres, and external venues.
For conference and seminar setups, we hire folding tables and conference chairs in volume. Rectangular banqueting tables work for boardroom or classroom layouts; round tables suit cabaret and discussion formats. We also hire exhibition chairs and sofas for breakout areas where delegates need somewhere to sit between sessions.
Standing receptions work well with poseur tables and bar stools, which encourage guests to move and mix rather than stay in one place. We hire cocktail glassware, wine glasses, and champagne flutes in volume, alongside mobile bars and bar furniture for self-serve or staffed bar areas. LED furniture is available for product launches and brand events where the look of the space matters.
For seated corporate dinners and awards ceremonies, we supply round banqueting tables, Chiavari or Cross Back chairs, linen, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. We can supply a full table setting per cover or individual items depending on what your caterer is providing.
For outdoor corporate away days, we hire garden furniture, gazebos, outdoor catering equipment, and gaming equipment including pool tables, table tennis, and giant outdoor games.
