Woodlands is a restored luxury boutique hotel and venue set in magnificent landscaped grounds on the edge of Leeds. The hotel was originally built for a local textile mill owner in 1871. It has been restroed to its former glory with modern design throughout. It has three event spaces which are suitable for everything from wedding ceremonies and receptions to corporate meetings and events. The Orangery can accomodate up to 250 people for parties and receptions, while there are four other suites for smaller and more intimate events.

Woodlands hosts a variety of weddings, ranging from large receptions in the Orangery to small gatherings in the smaller suites. For the Orangery, we frequently supply Chiavari chairs and round banquet tables that accommodate up to 250 guests. We also provide high quality white linen, polished glassware, and professional catering equipment for the kitchen staff. Whether you are hosting a formal wedding breakfast or a casual evening party, our inventory supports the logistical requirements of this historic Leeds venue.

When planning your equipment order for Woodlands, consider the total guest count and the available floor space. For the Orangery, ensure you calculate enough room for a dance floor alongside your table layout. If you are using the smaller suites, verify the dimensions to avoid overcrowding the room with too many tables. We recommend checking your final guest numbers four weeks before the date to confirm the quantities of crockery and cutlery needed to avoid any shortages during the event service.

Expo Hire delivers to Leeds and the surrounding area seven days a week to support your event schedule. We manage the transport of all hired furniture and equipment directly to the Woodlands site at an agreed time. Delivery and collection costs are calculated based on the distance from our depot to the venue. Please provide us with the specific access details for the hotel grounds so our team can unload your items efficiently on the day of your booking.
