The Jaguar Experience is a visitor centre and attraction which also hires out space for corporate events. The venue has eight flexible meeting rooms available which are kitted out with AV equipment and can cater for up to 300 delegates. There are also opportunities to create team building experiences and corporate away days by combining an event with a Factory Tour or Driving Experience.

We stock a wide range of outdoor furniture for hire with all kinds of events and occasions in mind. For large group events we have beer bench sets along with aluminium chairs and tables for people; while for smaller occasions there is rattan furniture for people to cosy up to each other.
Rain isn’t the only thing to shelter from. Our parasols are great for those days when the sun is blazing down to provide shady areas to sit in. If the threat of getting wet is real, then gazebos are a good choice for more substantial cover while our patio heaters can help keep you warm when the temperatures start to drop.
There’s no need to worry about a damage deposit when placing an event hire order with Expo Hire Birmingham. Instead, we run a free minor damage waiver scheme to cover minor damage or loss, so you don’t need to worry if you break the odd glass or plate. Tap your postcode in and it will confirm not only whether we cover that postcode or not, but also which of our 11 branches is closest to you and the cost for delivery from that branch, as well as the list of possible extra charges.

Want to know when your delivery is coming? You can track your driver using our real time maps on the day of delivery and collection. Simply enter your postcode and order number into our order tracking page and find out when our driver will be with you. You can also use the link we send you by automated text.

If your hire charge is over £500, you can now book your hire equipment with just a 25% deposit, paying the remainder up to 28 days prior to delivery.
