The Queens Hotel is a hotel in Leeds city centre which also offers space for business events, weddings and celebrations. The hotel has been welcoming guests since 1927 and has had a recent £16M refurbishment. There are 13 flexible meeting rooms within the hotel, with a maximum capacity of 500 delegates. There are also wedding packages available with a dedicated staff on hand to help plan the big day.

Expo Hire Yorkshire are different from many other event hire firms in the Leeds, Bradford and surrounding areas as we do not charge a damage deposit when placing an order. Instead, we run a free minor damage waiver scheme to cover minor damage or loss, so you don’t need to worry if you break the odd glass or plate. Got a large event or occasion coming up? Secure your event hire booking early with us at Expo Hire Yorkshire, without breaking the bank. If your hire charge is over £500, you can now book your hire equipment with just a 25% deposit, paying the remainder up to 28 days prior to delivery.
