The Hospitium is a 14th century listed buildign set within the beautiful York Museum gardens in York city centre, overlooked by the ruins of the Grade I listed St Mary's Abbey. The Hospitium is a versatile venue, capable of holding exhibitions and trade fairs, conferences and meetings along with weddings and family celebrations. The location of the Hospitium coupled with the flexibility of spaces mean that it's an ideal venue for a craft fair, trade exhibition or pop-up retail show. The upper floor of the building is ideal for presentations, seating up to 190 delegates theatre style or 70 in a cabaret-style configuration. The building can also host business lunches, drinks receptions and seated buffets. There are also wedding and celebration packages available.

Instead, we run a free minor damage waiver scheme to cover minor damage or loss, so you don’t need to worry if you break the odd glass or plate. If your hire charge is over £500, you can now book your hire equipment with just a 25% deposit, paying the remainder up to 28 days prior to delivery.
