The Craiglands Hotel is a hotel, spa and events venue located on the outskirts of Ilkley. It has been welcoming visitors from around the world for more than 150 years, and has a spa on site for those who want to relax and be pampered in addition to their accomodation. The hotel has modern and versatile facilities for conferences and meetings from two up to 500 delegates, with 10 function rooms available. There ias a dedicated conference teama who can help plan and tailor a conference package to the suitability of the customer. There are also a range of wedding packages available.

All our electrical equipment is cleaned, checked and PAT tested prior to dispatch for your peace of mind. PAT test confirmation can be found on the sticker attached to the plug.
For big events like wedding receptions and banquets, linen hire is almost a prerequisite. Not only will it cover plain wooden banqueting tables, but it is possible to rent linen in all kinds of colours to match themes and aesthetics.
We offer a wide range of linen in various sizes, to ensure you can find what you need to match your table. While it can feel difficult to know which linen to match to which table, we’ve done everything we can to make your linen hire experience as good as it can be.

Instead, we run a free minor damage waiver scheme to cover minor damage or loss, so you don’t need to worry if you break the odd glass or plate. If your hire charge is over £500, you can now book your hire equipment with just a 25% deposit, paying the remainder up to 28 days prior to delivery.
