Kington is a market town in Herefordshire. It is located on the A44, to the northwest of Hereford and the north of Hay-on-Wye, just 2 miles from the border with Wales on the western side of Offa's Dyke. Originally held by the Anglo-Saxons, the land that Kington stands on was passed to the crown following the Norman Conquest and the downfall of Roger de Breteuil, the 2nd Earl of Hereford. As the town was situated on the direct route the drovers took from the nearby Hergest Ridge and had eight annual fairs, it was a thriving market town; it still holds a livestock market on Thursdays even now.
We're proud to deliver event hire to venues throughout Kington. Some of the items we can deliver include:
If aesthetics and colour scheme is an important part of your event or occasion it’s likely you will need to think about linen hire. Organisers of weddings and banquets are amongst the most likely to rent linen, as it helps them ensure that tables and chairs look beautiful for the big occasion.
Linen for hire can come in all colours, shapes and sizes so it’s important to know what you need before making a decision on what to get. We offer all kinds of linen for every conceivable kind of colour scheme, and we have used our experience in hiring out linen to help make the process as easy for you as possible.
On our product pages for linen, we have included in the description the table size that piece of linen best fits, to help you confirm it is what you need. We’ve also added recommended linen sizes to each of our table pages so you can hire both together without worry.
It’s hard to beat a big open-air event with food cooking on a blazing hot day in the countryside. Although a small garden affair can make do with a small shop bought bbq set, we know from experience that our commercial customers need commercial barbecue hire.
The barbecues for hire we offer have been selected with large outdoor events in mind and can easily feed hundreds of guests. The Cinders barbecue is an industry standard and features two separate cooking areas which allows for event organisers to have differing menus without fear of cross-contamination. We also stock gas bottles and wrenches so customers can be sure they have everything they need to get going.
The Gloucestershire countryside is a glorious place to hold an outdoor event when the sun is shining – but when the rain comes it’s not quite as much fun. We know that when hosting an outdoor event it’s vital to have some space under cover; particularly if it is you who has to spend the whole day potentially in the rain. A pop up gazebo for hire from us can help ensure your event can be successful even if the weather decides it doesn’t want to behave.
As can be imagined, we cater to all kinds of functions and occasions, and have both large gazebos for hire and smaller ones available to match up to your event’s footprint. All of our pop up gazebos for rent come complete with side walls and weights so you don’t have to worry about sourcing any accessories.
Our pop up gazebo packages for hire are designed with our commercial customers in mind. The gazebos we offer all have durable coverings and sturdy poles, and while this means that they’re not that suitable for formal events where presentation is utmost it also means that our gazebos aren’t cheap and flimsy. Our gazebos also incredibly easy to erect – simply telescope the frame apart until it reaches full size, extend the legs and then put the cover on top.
If you’re looking for chair hire for an event in Gloucester or the surrounding area, we have a wide range of chairs for hire that suit all kinds of events and occasions. We offer everything from designer chairs for panel events and expo to large quantities basic folding chairs for large outdoor events with lots in between.
Conferences can be very important events for the people involved and the last thing any organiser would want to worry about is poor quality conference chairs. Our conference chairs for hire are designed to be both practical and comfortable to ensure the best possible result.
Another kind of event where guests will need comfortable chairs are weddings. Wedding receptions can be long affairs that go on into the night so having the right kind of banqueting chair hire is essential. We have lots of different styles at a price which is right to help you meet your budget.
When it comes to outdoor events, being resistant to weather is all important. Our outdoor chairs for hire are designed to be used in all kinds of outdoor settings and can withstand most of what the weather can throw at it. Whether it’s folding chairs for a big outdoor event, or aluminium bistro chairs for a garden party, we have got you covered.
