EventCity is Manchester's purpose-built exhibition and events venue, located next to the Trafford Centre in Trafford Park. The venue provides around 30,000 square metres of flat exhibition floor space and hosts trade exhibitions, consumer shows, conferences, product launches and large-scale events throughout the year.
Expo Hire hires furniture and catering equipment to exhibitors, event organisers and caterers working at EventCity Manchester.
Exhibitors at EventCity use poseur tables and bar stools on their stands to attract visitors and hold conversations. Tablecloths dress trestle tables and display counters. Larger stands benefit from round tables and chairs for meeting and demonstration areas.
EventCity hosts awards ceremonies and gala dinners within its main hall. These events need round tables, banqueting chairs, white linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware, along with bar equipment for the reception.
Outside caterers working at EventCity can hire catering equipment including bain maries, chafing dishes and serving trays from us. Equipment is delivered clean and collected after the event.
