How delivery works
Expo Hire is a dry hire company. The driver unloads at a ground-floor point within 50 metres of the vehicle, and your team lays out the room. Set-up is not included. Drivers do not carry items up stairs or use lifts unless we have agreed this with you first, so call 0800 910 1100 before you order if your room is upstairs or a long way from the drop point.
Deliveries run between 8am and 6pm. Carriage is worked out from the road distance between our Henley-on-Thames depot and your venue postcode, and you see the exact figure at checkout before paying. Prices on this page exclude VAT and cover the standard three-day hire period.
