Tables and chairs for Childwall events

Planning a party at home or in a hall
Measure the room or garden first. Allow about 3 metres across for each 5ft round table once chairs are pulled out, and leave a clear path to doors and the buffet. If the party is in a garden, plan a covered spot for food in case the weather turns, and check the route from the road to the drop point is flat and free of steps.
Church and school halls often have their own stacking chairs but too few tables. You can book tables on their own, and you can add extra chairs later if numbers grow, subject to stock on your dates.
How delivery works
Expo Hire is a dry hire company. The driver unloads at a ground-floor point within 50 metres of the vehicle, and your team lays out the room. Set-up is not included. Drivers do not carry items up stairs or use lifts unless we have agreed this with you first, so call 0800 910 1100 before you order if your room is upstairs or a long way from the drop point.
Deliveries run between 8am and 6pm. Carriage is worked out from the road distance between our Manchester depot and your venue postcode, and you see the exact figure at checkout before paying. Prices on this page exclude VAT and cover the standard three-day hire period.
