CBS Arena (Coventry Building Society Arena) is Coventry's major indoor events venue, located at the Ricoh Arena complex on Phoenix Way. Alongside its concert and sporting fixtures, the venue hosts trade exhibitions, conferences, product launches, consumer shows and awards dinners in its indoor arena and adjacent Ericsson Indoor Arena exhibition space.

Full-day conferences followed by an evening awards dinner are common at CBS Arena. All furniture and catering equipment can be delivered on the morning of build day and collected after the event closes the following day.
Outside caterers working at CBS Arena can hire catering equipment including bain maries, chafing dishes, serving trays and hot cupboards from us. Equipment is delivered clean and collected after the event.
A 3m x 3m stand at CBS Arena typically needs 1 poseur table, 2 bar stools and a fitted tablecloth. Medium stands of 6m x 3m often use 2 poseur tables, 4 bar stools, a trestle table with tablecloth and 2 chairs behind the counter. Stands with a client meeting area add 2 round tables and 8 chairs.
