Glastonbury is one of the largest and most logistically complex outdoor events in the world. Approved supplier status is not given lightly — suppliers are vetted on reliability, equipment quality, health and safety compliance and the ability to operate at scale in a challenging outdoor environment.
We have held approved supplier status for eight years. That means eight years of on-time delivery, correctly specified equipment and a team who know the site, the access windows and the standards expected.
Supplying equipment to a festival like Glastonbury is not the same as supplying a hotel or a conference centre. Equipment has to withstand outdoor conditions, be delivered to a field, and remain operational for the duration of the event with no access to normal servicing infrastructure. When something goes wrong on a festival site, it needs to be fixed on the spot.
