Exhibition Showcase Cabinets for Hire: LED-Lit Grey Range

Our updated range of LED-lit showcase cabinets is available for hire across England and Wales. Delivered and collected directly to your exhibition stand, in sizes and shapes to suit any display.

Our updated range of showcase cabinets for hire is used throughout the exhibition and events sector, regularly appearing at venues including the NEC Birmingham and Excel.

Coming in a neutral grey finish with integrated LED lights, these cabinets display products to a high standard. They are delivered and collected directly to your stand at setup and breakdown, removing the hassle from your exhibition experience.

Made with toughened glass, the range covers multiple shapes and sizes, including rotating options where needed. Displaying jewellery, electronics, samples or branded merchandise, there is a cabinet to suit each requirement.

Cabinet Types Available

Our exhibition showcase range includes several distinct cabinet styles to suit different display requirements:

  • Tower showcases tall, freestanding units suitable for standing displays of apparel, mannequins or full-height product presentations. Place these at the front of your stand to attract attention from the aisle.
  • Shelf showcases horizontal units with multiple shelves for displaying multiple items at different heights, suited to jewellery, cosmetics and small collectibles.
  • Tabletop showcases compact units designed to sit on a counter or table, useful where floor space on your stand is limited.
  • Rotating showcases powered rotating base units that allow visitors to view all sides of your product without touching it, popular for jewellery and premium branded items.
  • Corner units designed to fit neatly into stand corners and maximise usable display space.

All units feature integrated LED lighting and a grey finish that suits most stand colour schemes and branding.

Planning Your Exhibition Display

A well-planned display arrangement draws visitors in and keeps them engaged. Here are a few practical points to consider when planning which cabinets to hire:

Draw traffic to your stand. Tower showcases placed at the front corners of your stand are visible from a distance and help attract footfall. Tabletop and shelf units work best for detailed examination once visitors are already at your stand.

Group by product category. If you display multiple product lines, allocate a separate cabinet or shelf to each category. Mixed displays are harder for visitors to process quickly at a busy show.

Use rotating units for your best products. A rotating showcase draws the eye and signals to visitors that what is inside is worth a closer look. Place your flagship product or newest release in a rotating cabinet near the entrance to your stand.

Leave space to talk. Do not fill every square metre with cabinets. Visitors need space to stand and discuss what they have seen. Over-crowded stands discourage conversation and reduce engagement time.

LED lighting makes a difference. At large exhibitions, stands with integrated lighting stand out against those relying on venue overhead lighting alone. Our integrated LED units provide consistent, clean illumination regardless of venue lighting conditions.

Matching Cabinet Type to Product

Different products benefit from different display formats:

  • Jewellery and watches tabletop showcases at eye height, rotating units for hero pieces
  • Electronics and tech products shelf showcases with multiple levels, allowing a full product line to be displayed together
  • Clothing and apparel samples tower showcases with hanging rails or mannequin stands
  • Branded merchandise shelf showcases near the stand entrance to encourage immediate engagement
  • Medical devices and instruments lockable shelf showcases to allow inspection without unsupervised access

Delivery to Your Exhibition Stand

We deliver to exhibition stands across England and Wales, including regular deliveries to the NEC in Birmingham (just 8 miles from our base), ExCeL London and Manchester Central. Cabinets are brought directly to your stand during build-up and collected during breakdown, so you do not need to arrange separate haulage.

Delivery timing is confirmed with you in advance to fit within the exhibition hall build-up window. If your show has a specific access schedule, let us know when ordering and we will plan around it.

What to Confirm Before Ordering

Before placing an order, it helps to have:

  • The size of your stand in square metres
  • The types and approximate dimensions of products you plan to display
  • Whether you need power at each cabinet location (for powered rotating units)
  • Your build-up and breakdown schedule
