You can check live stock and pricing on the website before you book. That helps site teams cost the layout, kitchen areas and guest spaces before trucks roll in.
Choose the furniture around the way guests will use the site. Round tables suit dining areas, trestle tables suit catering prep and registration, and poseur tables suit bars and standing receptions. Add chairs, stools or benches to match the event format.
If the ground is uneven or soft, keep enough space between rows and service areas so staff can move stock and guests can walk the site without squeezing past furniture.
Gazebos give you covered space for check-in desks, catering prep, staff welfare points and bar service. They help teams keep key tasks moving when the weather turns.
Expo Hire does not supply marquee structures. If your event uses a marquee, we hire the tables, chairs, catering equipment, bars and front-of-house stock that go inside it.
Outdoor catering needs the same structure as an indoor kitchen. Hire ovens, fryers, hot cupboards, prep tables, fridges and freezers when the venue has no fixed kitchen or when the main kitchen cannot handle the guest numbers.
For drinks service, add a dry hire bar, back bars, glassware and refrigeration. Your team runs the service, and we supply the equipment.
