Outdoor Events Guide
Outdoor events share one challenge: everything you hire arrives in a vehicle and must work on whatever surface your site provides. Speed of setup, transport volume and resilience on grass or uneven ground matter more than they do in a fixed venue.
Commercial aluminium gazebos provide covered space for trader pitches, bar stations, hospitality seating and reception canopies. We hire 3m × 3m (9m²) and 3m × 6m (18m²) frames with white canopies and leg weight ballast.
On hard standing, use 15kg weight bases (4 per 3×3, 6 per 3×6). On grass, ground anchor spikes can be used instead. See the Gazebo Guide for full spec and assembly detail.
Hired in packs of ten. Each chair folds flat and ten stack into a bundle one person can carry. Setting out 50 chairs takes under five minutes with two people. Available in black and white.
Black fades into the background at most outdoor settings. White reads better in daylight photography but shows mud by the end of a wet day.
Each 2m set seats 6–8 guests. Galvanised steel frame and UV-stabilised panels handle outdoor conditions. Beer benches suit food and drink areas — street food courts, bar seating, catering pitches. They do not suit formal seated meals or layouts requiring tablecloths.
Both heater types run on LPG — no mains electricity needed, which matters where power is unavailable or limited. A 13kg propane cylinder runs either heater for approximately 14 hours at full output.
See the Heating Guide for coverage figures and safety clearances.
