Commercial Cups and Saucers

You select specific items to match your hot beverage service. Traditional tea cups hold 200ml, providing a standard serving for morning breaks. Smaller coffee cups feature a 150ml capacity, suiting after-meal service. Espresso cups hold around 90ml for strong, concentrated coffee. Mugs hold 280ml and suit informal settings or high-volume beverage stations. Each cup comes with a matching saucer to create a complete set for your guests.

White porcelain crockery creates a classic, clean aesthetic that matches formal dinners and casual gatherings alike. This material resists chips and scratches from frequent handling in busy catering environments. You can also choose tea cups in graphite and storm finishes for a contemporary look. Managing Cups and Saucers Hire Logistics

We wash and pack all items in dedicated storage crates. Crates hold 25 cups and 25 saucers per layer, allowing your team to conduct straightforward inventory checks during setup. Arranging these items alongside your catering equipment hire means everything arrives together. You track your delivery on the day using our live vehicle tracking system, which sends an SMS ETA directly to your phone. Our system calculates delivery from £40 ex-VAT based on road distance from the nearest of our 11 regional depots.

Clearing down after a large function takes significant effort. Our "Send It Back Dirty" service removes the need to wash your cups and saucers hire before collection. You return them unwashed in their original crates. Staff only need to empty liquids and scrape plates clean before repacking. Every order includes a Free Minor Damage Waiver to cover small breakages, and we require no security deposit to secure your booking.

No security deposit

Delivery and collection

Advance deposit
