You can book tables and chairs online in a few minutes. Plan the delivery with the same care, so your driver can unload on arrival and you avoid extra charges.
Expo Hire is a dry hire company. Your driver unloads at a ground-floor point within 50 metres of the van, and you or your team lay out the room. We don't include set-up or breakdown in the standard service.
Drivers won't carry items up or down stairs or steps, and they won't use a lift unless we have agreed it with you before the day. Our insurance also means your staff and guests can't help unload. If the room sits on an upper floor, or deep inside a large building, call us on 0800 910 1100 before you order. We will quote for a specialised delivery so the driver arrives with a plan that works for your building.

If the driver can't get in, or nobody is there to receive the order, our terms charge the wasted journey at the standard delivery rate for that route.
We deliver and collect between 8am and 6pm, and we text you a live tracking link on the day so you can follow the van. If you need the furniture by a set time, for example before your caterer arrives at 10am, add a timed delivery slot at checkout for an extra charge.
Weekend delivery and collection carry a surcharge. We deliver on Sundays too; see Sunday delivery for the details.
Where the venue allows it, take delivery the day before your event. You then have an evening or an early morning to lay out tables and chairs before guests and caterers fill the room.
The standard hire price covers three counted days. A Friday delivery with a Monday collection sits inside that standard period, which suits most weekend weddings and parties. Longer hires cost more, and you will see the price for your exact dates at checkout before you pay.
If the furniture isn't ready when the driver arrives, you may pay for a wasted journey. Agree a collection time that leaves your team enough time to clear the room.
