The Norfolk Royale Hotel is a hotel and meeting venue located in Bournemouth. It was originally converted from two imposing Victorian villas, and was formerly the home of the Duke of Norfolk. Now restored to it's Edwardian grandeur, there are options to hire the venue for corporate events and special occasions including weddings. There are conference packages available including both day delegate and overnight delegate prices, with six meeting rooms offering space for up to 120 delegates. The venue is licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships and there are staff on hand to help plan the big day.

Our range of mobile hot cupboards are easy to set up and come in plain top and bain marie top configurations with heated gantries as an optional extra if required. All our electrical equipment is cleaned, checked and PAT tested prior to dispatch for your peace of mind. PAT test confirmation can be found on the sticker attached to the plug.

Weddings in particular benefit from linen hire as tablecloths and chair covers can be just what is needed to complete the aesthetic for the big day. Even plain black and white linen can be helpful in making an event look professional and formal rather than just basic.

Unlike many other event hire companies in the Southampton area, Expo Hire Solent doesn’t charge a damage deposit when you place your order. Instead, we run a free minor damage waiver scheme to cover minor damage or loss, so you don’t need to worry if you break the odd glass or plate.
