Due to the proximity of the National Exhibition Centre to our central office in Birmingham, we've built up a massive amount of experience delivering to shows there. We've made it easier to order your exhibition hire too; simply enter the NEC postcode B40 1NT in as your delivery postcode and all you will need to enter in the checkout is your hall and stand number.
Delivery costs to the NEC are fixed at £150.00 regardless of which day or time we are delivering and collecting, although there may be additional costs if your order is particularly large or heavy to deliver. It is not necessary for you to be at your stand to accept delivery; we can leave it there for you ready for your arrival. There is a minimum hire charge of £500 for deliveries to the NEC.
