Delivery to the NEC
Expo Hire delivers to the National Exhibition Centre for a flat charge of £100. This covers both the outward delivery and the collection at the end of your hire, with no additional mileage fees.
When placing your order online, enter the NEC postcode at checkout. You will be asked for your hall number and stand number so our team can deliver directly to the correct location. The NEC uses a lettered and numbered hall system; your exhibitor information pack from the show organiser will confirm your hall and stand reference. If you do not have your stand number when you book, contact us before the delivery date and we will add it to your order.
A minimum order value of £500 applies. All prices are shown ex-VAT.
Booking
Orders can be placed online with live stock availability. The NEC hosts multiple shows simultaneously during peak periods, so we recommend booking as soon as your stand space is confirmed. For very large stands or events requiring significant quantities of a single item, contact us in advance and we can confirm stock.
