Our 3m x 6m Gazebo Package provides 18 square metres of covered space. For a seated dining arrangement, this comfortably covers one rectangular 6ft table with chairs on both sides, or approximately 12 to 14 guests at a seated table. For a standing reception, the same footprint accommodates 25 to 30 people with room to move.
The package includes the gazebo frame, roof, and side panels. Depending on your configuration, you can leave one or both long sides open for access, or close them in poor weather. This flexibility makes the 3x6 a practical choice for events where weather is uncertain.
Use a gazebo when you need rain cover as well as shade, when you want enclosed or semi-enclosed space for catering, or when a single large covered area is more useful than multiple smaller shaded points. The 3x6 is also a good choice for a catering station at an outdoor event: it protects food preparation equipment and keeps caterers working regardless of the weather.
If shade rather than rain cover is the priority, and you are covering individual tables rather than a large area, the 2.5m Round Parasol is a more cost-effective option. One parasol covers a table of four in direct sun and is far quicker to set up and move than a gazebo.
