Expo Hire provides bar furniture for events such as corporate functions, drinks receptions, exhibition stands, and weddings. Our range allows you to create dedicated service points and social areas, encouraging guests to gather and interact.
You can hire high-top poseur tables, bar stools, and various bar counter units. Poseur tables typically stand 1100mm from the floor. We offer round poseur tables in 60cm and 80cm diameters, suitable for compact spaces or larger social zones. Square and rectangular poseur tables are also available, providing options for more structured layouts. Our bar stool selection includes designs in chrome, wood, and coloured finishes, with options for backs or backless designs. Bar counter units include straight and curved sections, allowing for customisable bar lengths and shapes. LED illuminated bar sections are also available, adding a distinct feature to an event.
Bar furniture serves multiple functions across different event types. For drinks receptions, poseur tables create natural standing points for guests, promoting conversation. On exhibition stands, these tables can define meeting areas or act as visual points. Bar counters establish clear service points for drinks, whether for a private party or a large corporate gathering. When selecting bar furniture, consider your guest count, the event's purpose, and the available floor space. For poseur tables, allow for approximately two to four guests per table depending on the table size and whether stools are also hired. Bar counter lengths should align with the number of bar staff and expected service volume. For example, a 2-metre bar section may comfortably accommodate one or two bartenders. We advise reviewing the floor plan of your venue to visualise furniture placement and ensure adequate space for guests to move comfortably. Mix and match different furniture types to achieve the desired atmosphere and functionality.
