Sometimes, an event organiser requests specific documentation when using hire equipment from Expo Hire at their event or occasion. On this page you can find out how you get this information from us, ensuring that you don't worry or stress ahead of your event.
If you've been requested to get a copy of our PL insurance certificate, then that's not a problem. Drop an email to support@expohire.com and we will sort this out for you.
Most deliveries come under our standard risk assessment, which we can email to you. For anything specialised it is impossible to produce a risk assessment without a pre-arranged site visit. This can be arranged directly with our office but there may be costs involved even if your order does not go ahead. Please contact us for further information if this is required.
We also have a separate risk assessment dealing with coronavirus prevention protocols which can be emailed to you on request.
All of our LPG equipment is tested frequently by a gas safe engineer to ensure that it is safe to hire. If you require a gas safety certificate for the hire equipment you are using please request one when placing your order or email support@expohire.com and we will ensure a copy of the relevant certification is delivered with the appliance. Please note that we cannot connect LPG appliances on site and should you not be sure how to do so, you should get a gas safe certified engineer to do it for you. If you are connecting equipment, please ensure you have the correct equipment to do so - a 30mm wrench is required to tighten the hose onto the gas bottle.
