Expo Hire allows you to secure peak season dates by paying 25% of your total order upfront. You pay the remaining balance closer to your event date. We restrict this scheme to orders with a total equipment value of £1,000 or more ex VAT.
When your basket totals £1,000 or more ex VAT, the checkout displays the deposit payment option. You pay 25% of the total cost to confirm the booking. We lock your delivery slot in our transport schedule. We allocate the physical stock to your event. You pay the remaining 75% balance 14 days prior to your delivery date.
Saturday delivery slots between May and September reach full capacity months in advance. December dates follow the exact same pattern. The deposit scheme lets you secure your transport slot the moment you confirm the date. You reserve the inventory without committing your entire event budget months before the event begins.
