Expo Hire doesn't do phone quotes or email-back pricing. Every price is published on the website, live and up to date, for every customer.
Go to any product page and select your hire dates. The price updates in real time for your specific period. Add items to your basket to see the combined total, then enter your postcode to add the delivery charge from your nearest depot. What you see in the basket is what you pay — no surcharges added afterwards, VAT shown at checkout.
Use the basket as a working quote. Add everything you need — furniture, tableware, catering equipment, outdoor kit — and the total updates as you go. You can adjust quantities, change dates and compare items before placing an order. Save the basket URL to share it with a colleague or client for sign-off.
For orders with specific logistics requirements — multiple delivery addresses, large exhibition builds, venue access restrictions or multi-depot events — contact us and we'll work through the detail. Standard equipment pricing stays as published on the site.

Regular B2B customers can apply for a trade account, which gives 30-day payment terms from invoice date. Pricing is the same for all customers — trade accounts get payment terms, not discounts.
