The 6 Ring Burner and Oven runs on LPG and suits outdoor sites, festivals and marquees without a mains power supply — add a propane gas bottle to your order. The Blue Seal Turbofan Convection Oven is electric and needs a standard power socket, making it a better fit for indoor venues and units with existing power. For continuous smoked-food service, the digital smoker oven holds temperature across long service periods.
