Dry hire gives your team the equipment without setup crews, operators or on site staff. Expo Hire supplies furniture, catering equipment, bar stock and exhibition essentials for events across England and Wales.
You choose the products, dates and quantities online. We show live stock and live pricing on each product page. We deliver to site or you collect from Birmingham, then your team sets the room, runs service and packs down.
You can hire tables and chairs for dinners, conferences and receptions. You can add display cabinets, counters and barriers for exhibitions. If you serve food or drinks, you can add glassware, crockery, bar equipment, fridges and cooking kit to the same order.
Venue teams, caterers, agencies and production crews use dry hire when they want control of the build and the running order. It suits jobs where your crew already knows the site rules, loading plan and service format.
We run 11 depots across England and Wales. Our system calculates delivery by road distance from your nearest depot, with charges from £40 ex VAT. On delivery day, we send an SMS ETA and a GPS tracking link so your crew can time load in.
We do not ask for a security deposit and we do not set a minimum spend. Orders above £1,000 can use a 25% advance payment option. Every order stays dry hire, so you handle setup, staffing and operation.
Every order includes a Free Minor Damage Waiver at no extra charge. Other hire companies charge 2–3% of your order total for the same cover — on a typical £1,000 booking, that is up to £30 extra you keep in your pocket.
